our story

In the winter of 2019, under the twinkling lights of the Atlanta Christkindl market, we rolled out our very first batch of hand-crafted doughballs. It was cold, the air filled with the scent of cinnamon, pine, and roasted almonds—but nothing warmed hearts quite like our golden, pillowy doughballs, freshly prepared on site and served with a smile. That little wooden booth marked the beginning of something bigger than we ever imagined.

We didn’t have a storefront or a staff—just a passion for honest ingredients, hand-crafted delicious and traditional german goodness, and a dream we kept kneading into every single doughball. Word spread. People started to return, bringing their friends, asking where we’d be next.
Over the next few years, we packed up our mixers and set up shop at food festivals, street fairs, summer markets, and winter pop-ups. From cozy Christmas villages to bustling summer food truck gatherings, we loved being part of the energy, the music, the laughter—and most of all, the joy of feeding people something they loved.
Each event helped us grow—not just in size, but in confidence. We perfected our recipes, met fellow makers, learned what our customers craved, and built a loyal following that cheered us on at every step.
Now, after years of rolling, baking, and dreaming, we’re opening the doors to our very first store. It’s more than a kitchen or a counter—it’s a home for everything we’ve created, learned, and shared since that very first market night in 2019. A place where the smell of fresh fried dough balls greets you at the door. A space where every bite still carries that same handmade love.
